A Community Meeting to discuss pending commercial development in Steiner Ranch is set for Wed. Nov. 9 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Luke’s on the Lake Episcopal Church.
Walter Eeds, CEO of Greystone Group, developer of the proposed Steiner Ranch Apartment project is expected to attend.
Developers will talk about their plans and address questions from the community, said Sarah Crocker, of Crocker Consultants and the authorized agent working for both developers on the two different projects.
The Steiner Ranch Apartment project hopes to break ground in early 2012 pending approvals. Greystone Steiner Associates plans to develop 26 apartment buildings with 298 units on a portion of the the 52 acres at 4800 Steiner Ranch Blvd.
In a separate project, a contract is pending for a new 100,000-square-foot storage facility to be built on a lot across from Quinlan Crossing. Taylor Woodrow Communities/Steiner Ranch LLC is seeking to subdivide 4807 N. Quinlan Park Rd. They want to subdivide the 81 acre tract into four lots.
