After months of construction, the Medical Towers at Riverplace is open, providing a number of medical practices new to Four Points.
Good luck finding someone more excited about the newly opened Medical Towers at 6611 River Place Blvd. than Eric Perardi, CEO of Arise Capital Investments.
As the building’s developer, Perardi has a vested interest in the building’s success. But the Steiner Ranch resident’s interests are also personal as a father of three boys in frequent need of medical attention for the scrapes and breaks of an active childhood.
It doesn’t stop there. Perardi is also giving back to the community.
“I feel like I want this to be more than just a medical office building. We live here and this is someplace that I want to be proud of, that I want my kids to be proud of, I want people to be proud that it’s part of the community,” Perardi said.

Texan Urgent Care is a full-service urgent care center owned and operated entirely by ER doctors and able to handle routine as well as emergent care patients.
Arise Austin Medical Center – Riverplace Imaging and Women’s Center is a comprehensive imaging center providing x-rays, mammography, CT and MRI. River Place OB/GYN gives women the opportunity to receive their prenatal care in a luxurious office setting instead of a hospital.
For patients needing pain management, Austin Pain Associates offers a range of treatment options. In addition to physical therapy and chiropractic services, Advanced Rehabilitation services range from massage to acupuncture to biomechanics.
Greater Austin Allergy, Asthma & Immunology is relocating from their nearby storefront to the Towers, where clients will be able to receive treatments in greater comfort.
Whether for children or adults, Happy Mental Wellness Center serves every level of mental health care from medication to behavioral and talk therapies. Precision Podiatry, P.A. will make your feet happy, and rounding it all out, Hill Country Apothecary, a compounding pharmacy, will be the only of its kind for miles around.
The best part, according to Perardi, because they are all located in one building, patients and doctors will have complementary services essentially in-house.
A Texan Urgent Care patient with a broken bone can get imaging next door at Arise. A River Place OB/GYN concerned about postpartum depression in a patient can seek a same-day consultation from Happy Mental Wellness. Additionally, Four Points residents can save hours and dollars spent driving to distant medical specialists.
Arise Capital Investments and it’s partners at Arise Healthcare routinely provide financial support to area schools and are especially concerned that the Medical Tower be more than a business. To that end, on the third floor of the the Medical Towers is the community conference room that local organizations will be able to reserve and use for meetings free of charge.
Perardi is also hoping to build a crushed granite track on the site’s extra four acres to be used by the neighborhood for rehab and other exercise-related activities.
Though the Towers are already open for business, they will host a grand opening gala and silent auction in February, the proceeds of which will be donated to the family of Pierce Broe, a 10-year-old student at River Place Elementary with terminal brain cancer.
