Local kids enjoyed the gingerbread house workshop at the Steiner Ranch Randalls Holiday Open House on Dec. 9.

Oreo cookies made good shingles for some of the cottages while candies and frosting helped add colorful details. Throughout the grocery store there were demonstrations and samples in every department to celebrate the season.
