Grandview Hills Elementary held its 3rd annual Costume Ball with over 200 students on Oct. 26. Students brought a ball or $5 donation to benefit the GHE PE department. Activities included “eat the alphabet” (students sample one fruit or vegetable representing the letters A thru Z), a catapult, pumpkin painting and face painting. Cameron Davis, GHE 4th grader, served as the DJ. A special place was set up for sensory sensitive kids where they could make slime, play with kinetic sand, have a temporary tattoo applied.
