Steiner Ranch’s “front door” will soon have condominiums for sale as the Lennar Corporation project is under construction to create 106 units.
“The Retreat at Steiner Ranch will open for sale within 60 to 90 days,” said Danielle Tocco, communications vice president of Lennar.
The project — which sits on nearly 80 acres at 4801 N. Quinlan Park Rd. — broke ground in early 2018.
Lennar is in the “final stages of phase one development. The community is planned to open in two stages,” Tocco said. “We are 90 days out on both phases.”
The community will have one entrance/exit and it will be the same road the construction traffic is using now, which is located across from the Quinlan Crossing shopping center anchored by Randalls.
Like neighboring Meritage at Steiner Ranch apartments along Quinlan Park Road, the Retreat will be “right turn only,” Tocco said.
Tocco did not provide information on the average square footage or the condo price ranges saying, “we have not finalized this yet.”
“The Retreat at Steiner Ranch will feature highly-desirable home designs with thoughtful details intended for today’s most discerning homebuyers,” Tocco added.
Local company Waterloo Development has been overseeing the development of infrastructure including streets and utilities.
