The Vandegrift Viper HOSA members competed at the Texas Future Health Professionals competition on April 19 in Galveston with stellar results. 

Riya Yarlagadda competed in Medical Terminology. Neha Ramachandran and Manu Perinchery qualified for the second round in Forensic Science. McKenna Kerns placed third in Physical Therapy, qualifying to advance to the International HOSA Conference in Nashville this summer. 

HOSA was formerly known as Health Occupations Students of America.
