Steiner Ranch HOA General Manager Angela Thielemans and Operations and Assistant Community Manager Sarah Dunlap have resigned, as well as another longtime employee.
The staff transition was discussed during the executive session of the Steiner Ranch Master Association monthly meeting on February 21 and “staff changes” was an item on the agenda for the open session of the meeting.
The general manager has given notice and she is flexible on training a new GM, shared Scott Selman, vice president of on-site management for GrandManors at the February 21 SRMA Board meeting.
Selman added that Dunlap took another job in another community and her last day is Friday, February 24.
In the homeowner forum portion of the meeting, Rachel McGilvray told Thielemans “Thank you for your service. It’s not been easy to straighten out our messes.”
Thielemans previously served as General Manager for The Hills Property Owners Association for 13 years. She started with RealManage in May of 2005 as a portfolio manager and transitioned to her on-site role in 2006. She served as the on-site manager for Steiner Ranch for a year or so. Since 1994, she has worked as the on-site General Manager for such developments in Austin as Barton Creek and Spanish Oaks at Bee Caves among others.
Dunlap had been responsible for the daily operations related to the maintenance and upkeep of all common areas and amenities which include the daily review of the facilities, responding to issues, ongoing preventative maintenance scheduling and gathering estimates for upgrades and improvements. Additional responsibilities include assisting the community manager with preparations for board meetings and presenting bids to the board for approval. Dunlap graduated from the University of Texas Austin with a BA in marketing.
