Senior living retirement community Longhorn Village hosted a 15 year anniversary on August 9 with food and fun all day long.
The day started with free t-shirts and a group photo and ice cream truck. The day ended with dancing, food and beverages as three rooms were converted to resemble Antone’s, Continental Club and Broken Spoke all fully decorated and featuring live music.
“It was a lot of excitement,” shared Danielle Loving, resident experience ambassador director. “At the end of the night we gave away three large gift baskets to celebrate.”
Longhorn Village currently has 214 independent living apartments, villas and 96 healthcare units in Steiner Ranch with some 300 residents. In January 2023 it broke ground on the 48-unit, multimillion-dollar expansion which is set to open in 2025.
This new four-story expansion named the Ballantyne at Longhorn Village will add 48 new apartments similar to condominiums and include underground parking.
