The Thanksgiving day Steiner Ranch Turkey Trot took place on November 28 at Towne Square.

“We were thrilled to be a part of this event which is a special family tradition in Steiner. We had nearly 600 participants and are so grateful to our sponsors, volunteers and the entire community for their support and help with making this such a fun way to kick off the holiday,” shared Matt Derian, a Steiner resident who along with his wife Elyse, organized the trot this year. “We saw families and kids and adults of all ages enjoying the crisp Thanksgiving morning and making memories while being active together.” 

The proceeds from the event will go to Community First! Village of Mobile Loaves & Fishes. The exact amount is still to be determined, Derian shared.
