Plans are under review to add 34 more units to Milky Way at River Place, making 64 total A sales center for the Milky Way at River Place residential development recently opened. A revised site plan filed by the project’s developer, Milestone Communities, shows an increase in the number of homesites from 30 lots to 64 lots set in a detached condominium regime. The River Place homeowners association is contesting the added home sites, claiming that Milestone lacks a legal emergency easement, a condition the city of Austin required of the developer in order to increase the number of units within the neighborhood.
