World Class Holdings to work out a plan for 3M campus or may go to auction

The former 3M campus at RM 2222 and River Place Boulevard is owned by Nate Paul’s World Class Holdings but has been in bankruptcy for over a year. This week a judge approved a motion giving Paul until Jan. 31 to come up with a plan on the property. WORLD CLASS CAPITAL GROUP
