Body discovered in Hippie Hollow this morning just after 7 a.m.,
Foster is the only missing person case TCSO is working on now
Travis County Sheriff’s Office at 9:22 a.m. released that TCSO Lake Patrol found a body on the shoreline of Lake Travis just after 7 a.m. this morning Feb. 21.
The Texas Department of Transportation hosted a public hearing on Feb. 20 to discuss proposed improvements to RM 620 South, from SH 71 to Hudson Bend Road.
Nancy Eisemann Blackburn’s body was discovered in a submerged vehicle in Lake Austin at the end of Quinlan Park Road just over a year ago on Feb. 2, 2019, and Austin Police Department stated that her blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit.
Brenden Foster’s vehicle was found by authorities abandoned on Feb. 5 in the Four Points area and he was reported missing by his family after that, but extensive searches by the Travis County Sheriff’s Office and volunteers have not turned up conclusive answers as to his whereabouts as of Thursday morning.
On Feb. 6, articles of Foster’s personal belongings, including his prescription eyeglasses were found near the water at stairwell 14 (the last stairwell in the park) when park officials did preliminary search of park, according to information from the family.

Andra Lacarlus Allen, 52, a former instructor and co-owner with Ernie Reyes World Martial Arts studio in its prior Steiner Ranch location, was arrested Feb. 17 by the U.S. Marshals office in conjunction with an alleged aggravated home invasion robbery. He is charged with a first degree felony and his bond in the incident was set at $150,000. Allen remains in custody as of 5 p.m. today, according to Travis County records.
