River Ridge residents see relief from traffic, crowding issues: New fence at Steiner Lake Club helping with safety Josh and Liz Grimes were very pleased that their River Ridge neighborhood was peaceful again after measures were taken by law enforcement and the Steiner Ranch HOA to cut down on traffic just before Memorial Day weekend. The family — including Aubrey, 12, Tristan, 10, (not pictured) and Genevieve, 2 — enjoys the slower pace of River Ridge again.
