Under the direction of William Phi, performing arts teacher, Grandview Hills Elementary outgoing 5th graders sang at an Austin Spurs game several months ago at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park. The Spurs is a team of the NBA G League based in Cedar Park.

Zoning recommends fraction of proposed units local Zimmerman tract

Applicants wanted to see a multifamily (MF-3) zoning on this property in order to construct a 150-unit complex on the 7.63-acre site near 11400 Zimmerman Lane, not far from Rudy’s Country Store and Bar-B-Q in Four Points.
