The Travis County Water Control and Improvement District No. 17 opens its new $31 million Mansfield Water Treatment Plant this week.

Note: The Travis County Water Control and Improvement District No. 17 Mansfield Water Treatment Plant started operations in January 2016. The plant added to WCID 17’s operations and capacity to supply water to Steiner Ranch, Comanche Trail, Strawberry Hill and other areas in Four Points.
